Your tasks

• Development and maintenance of project plans, time plans, and resource plans according to client requirements in the respective project

• Definition of project scope, goals, and results that support the client's business objectives in cooperation with the management and stakeholders

• Identification and management of project dependencies and critical paths

• Management of project risks and problems, as well as development of emergency plans

• Taking measures to achieve the quality and other requirements of the client for project services

• Monitoring the project progress and creating regular status reports for the client and senior management

• Moderation of project meetings, including preparation of agendas, protocols, and activities

• Effective communication with stakeholder groups and project team members of the client

• Structured determination of functional and non-functional requirements

• Translation of customer wishes into technical requirements, derivation of use cases, scenarios, and system contexts

• Formulation of user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritization of the product backlog together with product owners and stakeholders

• Ensuring process guidance from requirement creation to acceptance

• Professional support in organizing tests and fleet rollouts

Must-Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in supporting project teams in a technical and agile environment, as well as contact with technical and functional specifications and documents

• Funded experience in project management, proven by a Prince2 Practitioner certification

• At least 3 years of funded practical experience in requirements engineering for complex system landscapes

• At least 3 years of funded practical experience in project and process tracking, e.g., with Jira Software and Confluence

• At least 3 years of funded knowledge in business analysis

May-Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience through a previously exercised project leadership

• At least 3 years of branch and integration knowledge through experience with IT systems in the transportation sector (rail or automotive)

• At least 3 years of experience and basic understanding in the area of security regarding information security, as well as latency and availability requirements for IT systems

Further Information

The deployment location is Frankfurt am Main. The performance can largely take place remotely with a 10% on-site share.
