Ihre Aufgaben

• Development and maintenance of project plans, time plans, and resource plans according to client requirements in the respective project

• Definition of project scope, goals, and results that support the business objectives of the client, in cooperation with the management and stakeholders

• Identification and management of project dependencies and critical paths

• Management of project risks and problems, as well as development of emergency plans

• Taking measures to achieve the quality and other requirements of the client for project services

• Monitoring the project progress and creating regular status reports for the client and senior management of the client

• Moderation of project meetings, including preparation of agendas, protocols, and activities

• Effective communication with stakeholder groups and project team members of the client

• Structured determination of functional and non-functional requirements

• Translation of customer wishes into technical requirements, derivation of use cases, scenarios, and system contexts

• Formulation of user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritization of the product backlog together with Product Owners and stakeholders

• Ensuring process guidance from creation to acceptance

• Professional support in organizing tests and fleet rollouts

Must-Anforderungen

• At least 3 years of practical experience in supporting project teams in technical and agile environments, as well as contact points with technical and functional specifications and documents

• Funded practical experience in project management, proven by an IPMA Level B certificate

• At least 3 years of funded practical experience in requirements engineering for complex system landscapes

• At least 3 years of funded practical experience in project and process monitoring, e.g. with Jira Software and Confluence

• At least 3 years of funded practical experience in business analysis

• German language skills at C2 level (approximately native-like knowledge)

Kann-Anforderungen

• At least 3 years of experience through already actively exercised project leadership

• At least 3 years of industry and integration knowledge through experience with IT systems in the transportation sector Bahn or Automotive

• At least 3 years of experience in the area of security with a basic understanding of information security as well as latency and availability requirements for IT systems

Weitere Informationen

The place of performance is Frankfurt am Main. The service provision will take place to a large extent remotely with a planned proportion of approximately 10% on-site.
