IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

We make it happen! As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing operations and further development of our clients within one of our implementation teams. You will act as the interface between the client and the development team, managing the process.

Responsibilities

What you will achieve

• You will support the team in the conception and implementation of change requests and projects during the onboarding phase.

• You will independently implement projects in the form of new implementations with the development team.

• In daily operations, you will analyze requests and bugs and find pragmatic solutions together with your team.

• You will take on a consulting role and be the first point of contact in supporting our clients.

• You will be in constant communication with our clients and development partners – you can always count on your team colleagues.

• You will actively participate in quality assurance and testing.

• You will be responsible for the execution of service billing.

• You will identify needs and potentials, thereby positively contributing to the further development of our clients.

Qualifications

• Business Development: You enjoy turning our clients' visions into reality. With your focus on holistic solutions, you evaluate requirements for technical feasibility while always keeping the end customers in mind.

• Communications: You are communicative and can quickly get an overview of where what information is needed – both internally and externally.

• You own a project: You have experience in agile and iterative projects and can manage and steer projects.

• Tech-savvy: You have a strong IT affinity and good technical understanding (e.g., for shop systems, ERP, interfaces). You also have a basic understanding of databases. SQL skills are an advantage.

• Accounting: You have a feel for numbers. Your structured and organized way of working is a defining characteristic.

• Project Management: Time management and requirements engineering are not foreign words to you. You are committed to accompanying ideas from conception to the release party.

• Keep it cool: In challenging situations, you keep a cool head, set priorities, and make decisions in the interest of project and team success.

• Your Profile: You have completed a business and/or technical education and have 3-5 years of experience with IT projects. You speak fluent German. English skills are an advantage.

Salary depending on experience and qualifications, but at least 4,500 Euros (gross monthly salary, full-time basis, 12 monthly salaries).
