IT Project Manager for Software & Network End-to-End Solutions

And you move confidently between technical details and the management level, can translate requirements, set priorities, and consistently lead projects to success? The interplay between network IT, platforms, IoT environments, and critical infrastructure excites you – and you want to shape instead of just manage?

Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for planning, steering, and implementing complex IT and infrastructure projects end-to-end
• Central leadership role in communication between customers, internal technical teams, and management
• Organization of workflows as well as coordination and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams from network, software, platform, engineering, and operation
• Responsible steering of time plans, budgets, resources, and project goals – from conception to go-live
• Active stakeholder and customer management including requirement intake, alignment, and escalation management
• Surety of quality, documentation, transparency, and sustainable project handover into operation
• Tight cooperation with IT operations, product development, and engineering in high-critical environments

Qualifikation

• Outstanding communication strength with persuasion power, extremely high customer orientation, confident appearance – even in high-critical project situations
• Organizational strength, outstanding ability to prioritize complex tasks and structured steering of parallel projects
• Multiple years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in infrastructure-, network- or carrier-oriented platform projects
• Very strong leadership personality with persuasion power and assertiveness, decision-making ability, and sense of responsibility
• Good, well-developed technical understanding of:
• Development of IT architectures with scalability strategies
• Network technology and administration (Linux, Docker, network software)
• IT security infrastructure, monitoring, routing & switching, WiFi
• Structured work approach as well as ability to clearly prioritize complex matters
• High competence in analysis, troubleshooting, and stable operation management
