IT Project Manager - Czech Payroll Replacement (m/f/d)

Job description

Lead the end-to-end payroll transformation project, including vendor selection, implementation, testing, cutover, and hypercare Drive the analysis, documentation, and optimization of payroll and HR processes Ensure all Czech payroll requirements, collective agreements, shift models, bonuses, premiums, absences, and statutory obligations are correctly reflected in the future solution Facilitate workshops with Payroll, HR, Finance, Production, and other business stakeholders Manage project scope, timeline, risks, budget, and stakeholder communication Coordinate external vendors and implementation partners Ensure business readiness, user adoption, training, and successful transition to the new solution Well-founded project management experience, including payroll transformation or payroll implementation projects Proven track record of delivering payroll projects from business requirements through go-live Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, preferably in manufacturing environments Experience working with complex payroll environments involving shift models, overtime, bonuses, premiums, and collective bargaining agreements Strong stakeholder management skills across Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations Experience managing RFP/RFI processes and vendor selection activities Fluent English (written and spoken) as well as fluent Czech (written and spoken) – mandatory Willingness and ability to spend time on-site at Ceska Lípa in the Czech Republic throughout the project lifecycle ### Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end payroll transformation project, including vendor selection, implementation, testing, cutover, and hypercare Drive the analysis, documentation, and optimization of payroll and HR processes Ensure all Czech payroll requirements, collective agreements, shift models, bonuses, premiums, absences, and statutory obligations are correctly reflected in the future solution Facilitate workshops with Payroll, HR, Finance, Production, and other business stakeholders Manage project scope, timeline, risks, budget, and stakeholder communication Coordinate external vendors and implementation partners Ensure business readiness, user adoption, training, and successful transition to the new solution ### Benefits Interesting project in an international company with chances of future projects in the company Support throughout the entire application process
