IT-Projektleitung & Business Analyse (w/m/d)

As IT-Projektleitung or Business Analyst:in, you build the bridge between departments and IT. You analyze processes, work together with our customers to develop requirements, and accompany the realization of their implementation from the first idea to the successful technical implementation.

Tasks

• You advise, design, and lead independent classical & agile IT projects for our customers – from the first idea to the successful implementation
• Taking on, analyzing, and managing requirements are among your key tasks, as well as coordinating with departments and development
• You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
• You maintain a partnership-based cooperation & open communication with our customers

Qualification

• Professional experience in conceiving, implementing, and leading IT projects
• You bring both technical skills and analytical thinking and methodological experience in IT project management or business analysis
• You bring fundamental knowledge in software development, programming, and databases
• Experience in the banking & insurance sectors is an advantage
• You are structured, work independently, and appreciate open communication with customers and colleagues alike
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1)
