Digital transformation is at the center – paper bureaucracy? None! We have digitalized the accounting profession from the start and set new standards with our innovative web application for online bookkeeping since the early days of the internet. And we have even more in store!

Aufgaben

Our vision: We want to shape the future of tax consulting and become even more efficient and user-friendly. We are already working on an app that allows our clients to submit their documents easily and automatically book them – but that's just the beginning! If you have experience in the IT industry, bring the ability to drive projects independently and with passion, and are ready to accompany us in a thrilling change process, then you're exactly right with us.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der IT-Branche: You have a solid understanding of IT processes and projects. Which specialization you bring is secondary to us – we value versatility and broad knowledge.
• Projektmanagement und Ownership: You can independently and goal-orientedly manage projects, keep the big picture in mind, and not lose sight of the details. You are able to coordinate complex software projects and align the interests of all stakeholders.
• Technische Affinität: You ideally bring knowledge of hardware and/or software and enjoy overcoming the technical challenges of software projects.
• Change Management: You are motivated to support us in implementing our vision and bring your own ideas and innovations that will take us further.
• Teamgeist und Zusammenarbeit: You are a true team player who appreciates the exchange with colleagues and works together on solutions. We place great value on a respectful and supportive working environment.
