IT Project Manager (m/f/d) - Full-time / Part-time in Leipzig or Lübeck

We are a dynamic company in the field of software development/IT consulting with locations in Leipzig and Lübeck. Our goal is to solve economic problems together as a team through innovative technologies and approaches. Accompany us and work in a positive atmosphere directly in the city centers of Leipzig or Lübeck.

Tasks

You want to

• Take over the coordination and support of IT projects from offer preparation through technical conception to project completion
• Moderate regular meetings within projects
• Participate in project planning, complexity, and effort estimation
• Communicate with our customers and convey their wishes and expectations to the project team
• Not only plan and coordinate, but also be part of the coding team yourself

Qualification

Your profile

Must have

• Completed degree in IT or comparable field
• German language proficiency at least C1
• You want to lead projects, but can also code yourself
• You have experience with one of our core tech stack areas
• Experience in the introduction and implementation of agile methods
• Good conceptual skills

Nice to have

• You are already a Scrum Master
