Qualifications

Who we are looking for

You don't need a perfect CV.

More important is that you enjoy taking responsibility.

You will probably fit in well with us if you

• have several years of experience in IT consulting, preferably in the banking and insurance sector,
• have already gained experience in software development projects,
• have methodological experience in IT Business Analysis,
• can explain complex business and technical topics comprehensibly,
• work independently, structured, and solution-oriented,
• enjoy working with people and are characterized by open and empathetic communication,
• are eager to take responsibility and become better together with us,
• have fluent German language skills (min. C1).
