IT Project Leader: Handwerk / Powerbird (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT project leader to support newly acquired handcraft companies in setting up their IT landscape, making it future-oriented, efficient, and fully digitalized. We need someone who understands the craft and is at home in the IT world – someone who connects processes, builds structures, and leads our companies safely through the digital transformation.

Your tasks:

• Onboarding new handcraft businesses into our system landscape – from needs assessment to planning and successful implementation

• Conducting IT audits as well as setting up and configuring basic IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware)

• Administering, maintaining, and developing our ERP system Powerbird, including structure design, services, interface management, and automations

• Participating in the digitalization of business processes, particularly integrating and optimizing data flows between Powerbird and internal systems

• Training and supporting various user groups – from craftsmen to office staff and executives

• Accompanying maintenance, infrastructure measures, and technical projects on-site and remotely
