IT Project Leader (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT Project Leader (m/w/d) who enjoys keeping an overview, working structured and having fun bringing together technology, people, and requirements.

In this role, you will accompany IT projects from the first idea to a successful conclusion, work closely with our customers and technical teams, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and communication are in sync.

Tasks

• Self-responsible planning, steering, and implementation of IT projects (e.g. infrastructure, security, and migration projects)
• Zentral point of contact between customers, technical teams, and management
• Requirement intake, cost estimation, deadline, and budget responsibility
• Coordination of internal resources as well as external partners
• Ensuring quality, documentation, and project transparency
• Active shaping of our project and process landscape

Qualification

• Completed education or study in the IT field (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or comparable practical experience
• Multiple years of experience in leading IT projects
• Solid technical understanding (infrastructure, networks, cloud, IT security)
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and communication strength
• Safe appearance towards customers
• Ideal experience in the IT service provider environment

(Certifications like ITIL, Prince2, PMP etc. are welcome but not a must.)
