IT Project Coordinator (m/w/d) Core Banking Systems

Location Hybrid / Remote | Part-time or Full-time | immediately

As a Project Coordinator: Banking-IT & Process Automation (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the technically-technical guidance and further development of digital solutions in various projects in the IT sector for financial institutions. The focus will be on modern banking functions for end customers, process optimizations for banks and savings banks. You will also actively take on tasks in conceptual and technical product development and work in a team with colleagues and customers (Remote), at our office in Bremen or from the home office.

Tasks

• Technical and technical coordination with colleagues in the theme of ISP (Internal Service Platform of the Financial Information) and process automation, including independent research
• Consultation and exchange with team leadership and sales on application-specific questions – both with and without project reference
• Test management and execution: planning and coordination of regression and progression tests, creation and maintenance of test cases and requirements, execution of manual tests, and maintenance of test environments
• Analysis, evaluation, and documentation of test results
• Release and information management: steering of release communication in close coordination with sales and team colleagues
• Kundensupport (Second Level): processing of tickets, accompanying of acceptance and pilot tests, and preparation of these processes
• Dokumentation: maintenance of internal expert concepts, handbooks, and other customer documentation

Qualification

• First experiences in the context of ISP/CITO and knowledge of the core banking system of savings banks are advantageous
• Professional experience in a project coordinating role and in testing digital solutions
• Industry knowledge in the field of banks and savings banks desirable
• Self-reliant and engaged working style, quick comprehension for complex topics
• Communication skills, sense of responsibility, and customer orientation
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
