Tasks

• You'll define milestones and continuously monitor project progress.
• You'll ensure that projects are implemented on schedule and resources are used efficiently.
• You'll coordinate the team and bring impulses for optimizing collaboration.
• You'll take care of monthly billing and maintain all relevant project data.
• You'll participate in customer meetings, including thorough pre- and post-processing.
• You'll organize office routine and take on administrative tasks in project management.

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a comparable qualification.
• Ideal candidates can already gather experience in project coordination.
• You can set priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• You have a structured and organized work style and the ability to keep multiple projects in mind at once.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers.
• Good English skills complete your profile.
