Tasks

• You define milestones and keep an eye on the progress of the projects
• You significantly contribute to steering our partners, ensuring that contractual agreements are met and deadlines are met
• You ensure that projects are implemented on time and all resources are used efficiently
• You coordinate the team and give impulses for improving performance.
• You take care of monthly invoicing and maintain important data
• You participate in meetings with customers and ensure thorough follow-up
• You organize the office and take over important administrative tasks in project management

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in project coordination and working with project management tools
• You are organized, keep multiple projects in mind at the same time, and can meet deadlines
• You communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and customers
• You are flexible and adaptable, even when faced with short-term changes in the project timeline
• You have good English skills and work reliably under pressure
