Tasks

This is what you'll achieve with us

• Installation and commissioning of our systems on-premise or in the cloud
• Data transfer in coordination with our project leaders and customers
• Support for users regarding our software products and technical assistance (1st and 2nd level support)
• First point of contact (m/w/d) for questions regarding technology and methodologyErfassung of customer wishes and close cooperation with development in the implementation of projects

Qualification

This is what you bring with you

• IT-related education/working experience or comparable qualification
• Very good understanding and analytical skills, IT affinity, knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge in the area of MS SQL, Internet services, ERP, and CRM is an advantage
• A friendly demeanor, communication strength, team-oriented personality, and pleasure in dealing with customersExcellent German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
