IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Do you want to not only coordinate projects, but also create structures, improve processes, and take on a central role between clients, business units, and development teams? In this position, you will accompany complex software projects from planning to successful implementation and contribute to elevating project management to the next level. We are looking for a personality who can confidently manage both technical and business stakeholders and enjoys taking responsibility. Especially in the first few months, the focus will be on standardizing existing processes and building scalable structures.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the planning, control, and successful implementation of demanding IT projects
• Coordination of resources, budgets, schedules, and relevant stakeholders
• Interface between clients, consulting, product management, and development teams
• Gathering and coordinating business requirements, as well as ensuring structured project execution
• Further development of processes, standards, and agile working methods for sustainable optimization of the project landscape

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in the software, consulting, or financial environment
• Technical understanding of software development and software architecture
• Strong communication skills in dealing with technical and non-technical contact persons, as well as a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English language skills

Location: Munich

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent employment

Salary: €80,000 to €110,000 gross per year

Work Model: Hybrid with regular presence in the office (approx. 2 days per week)
