IT Project Manager

• Coordinates, organizes, and tracks the implementation process of allocated projects
• Takes care to respect the implementation steps of the project and signals any deviation from the initial plan established
• Prepares implementation reports and analysis documents regarding the project's implementation steps (timeline, budget, total costs, resource allocation, issue report, damage report, etc)
• Maintains records about reported problems, errors, risks on the project, etc
• Led, coordinates, and motivates the team implementing the project
• Manages information flows between management levels and the project execution team
• Manages necessary documents, assuming responsibility for general progress and human, material, and financial resources utilization
• Ensures information circulation within the project and other organization departments, organizing periodic meetings with the project team and presenting the project to other departments
• Resolves problems arising in project realization and informs management about problems that cannot be resolved at his level
• Prepares new projects that capitalize on existing expertise within the organization and results from previous projects and makes budget proposals for each project separately.
