IT Project Manager Work mode: Hybrid - Warsaw Cooperation form: B2B Rate: 100-130 PLN/h Who are we looking for? * You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management; * Previous professional experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus; * You have experience with the Relex tool/system * You know project and portfolio management methodologies confirmed by postgraduate studies and/or certifications such as Prince2, IPMA, PMI, Agile, and others * You know project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Confluence); * You are distinguished by proactivity and a collaborative attitude; * You can translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions; * You know English - min. B2 level and have higher education. What tasks await you? * Leading IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle: from concept preparation and business analysis to project implementation and closure; * Creating the project schedule, budget, and resource plan, and responsibility for adhering to them; * Ongoing reporting of work progress and delivering management information that serves as the basis for business decisions; * Managing the project team, coordinating tasks of IT specialists, external suppliers, and business representatives; * Ensuring correct information flow within the project and effective communication with key stakeholders, IT suppliers, and business partners; * Taking care of the quality of work products and the project documentation produced; * Monitoring and supporting the quality of implementations; * Co-creating the project culture in LMP, co-creating standards, and best practices for project management in the organization.
