Ideal Candidate

This role is responsible for leading the upgrade of the Charisma ERP system, in cooperation with our implementation partner TotalSoft.
The project includes diverse business areas: procurement, warehouse/logistics, retail, marketing, accounting.
The role requires close cooperation with internal teams and external vendors.

Job Description

Mandatory:
experience in leading ERP implementations or upgrades
experience working with external ERP partners or vendors
responsibility for project timeline, budget, scope, and delivery
good communication and organizational skillsAdvantage:
understanding of business processes in procurement, warehouse/logistics, retail, and marketing

Knowledge of the Charisma ERP system
experience working in an international environment
relevant certifications (PMP, Agile)
experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
