Job Description Job title & FEOR code: Digital Project Manager 1) Job purpose & general description The purpose of this role is to strengthen the Digital & IT Organization. The position oversees the design, implementation, and management of digital technologies to support modern business processes. It is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of these technologies into the business environment. Responsibilities include managing projects, collaborating with vendors, ensuring security and confidentiality, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. 2) Key responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal teams. • Ensure the integration of digital technologies into business processes, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks. 3) Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a digital environment. • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Certification in ITIL or PMP is an asset. 4) Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Collaborative and dynamic work environment. • Flexible working hours and remote work options.
