IT Project Manager (m/w/d)

LinoPro is an IT company with over 25 years of experience. We offer our customers a full range of IT services from individual software development to software re-engineering and consulting. A special focus lies on the conception and development of tools for 3D CAD construction. We also provide digitalization consulting and implementation. For our customers, we are the cross-industry point of contact for digitalization and Industry 4.0.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead our project teams. The ideal candidate will have a completed degree with relevant focus, preferably in the IT field. You should have experience in independent and self-responsible project management, ideally in the IT services sector. A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA) is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Organizational leadership of the project team
• Detection of obstacles/risk factors during project processing and provision of solution proposals and countermeasures
• Responsibility for continuous optimization of processes and procedures within the project, taking into account economy, quality, and speed
• Responsibility for achieving goals in terms of content, deadlines, and costs within the project
• Implementation of efficient workflows and process optimization in project management along the process chain in your own team
• Ensuring compliance with operational guidelines within the project team
• Supporting sales in pre-analysis and concept development for customer orders
• Forming the team as an effective and efficient collaborative community

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree with relevant focus, preferably in the IT field
• You have experience in independent and self-responsible project management, ideally in the IT services sector
• A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA) is desirable
• You convince through a secure appearance, open and clear communication, and joy in teamwork
• You act solution-oriented and pragmatic, think strategically, and bring development spirit with you
• You are characterized by responsibility, implementation strength, and design will
• You have very good German and English skills
