IT Project Manager

You will be the key figure between business, technology, and development teams as an IT Project Manager. You will manage software projects, infrastructure, and technological operations, ensuring a flawless delivery aligned with the roadmap and focused on quality and value. Lead initiatives and work with multidisciplinary teams (development, architecture, infrastructure, support) and act as a facilitator to ensure smooth communication and execution without friction.

• Lead the management of end-to-end technological projects (development, infrastructure, standardization, cloud migrations, etc.).

• Work as a bridge between business and technical teams, converting needs into actionable requirements.

• Coordinate and energize multidisciplinary teams with different levels of seniority.

• Ensure the correct delivery of commitments, managing risks, dependencies, and deviations.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote good delivery practices. Participate in defining roadmaps and prioritization.

• Supervise implementations, integrations, and deployments.

• Interlocution with internal and external stakeholders, including business areas and management.

• Possible participation in point-to-point displacements within Spain.

Requirements

• +7 years of experience managing IT projects and/or technical teams.

• Solid background in project management, documentation, planning, and control.

• Demonstrated ability to work between users, business, and development.

• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies and hybrid approaches.

• Must: understand technical profiles and the complexity of technological projects.

• Experience working with environments: Microsoft, Linux, AWS (cloud), Oracle DB, Java, SpringBoot, and tools like Jira.

• Experience in migration, modernization, deployment, or infrastructure initiatives – highly valued.

• Ability to communicate executive and natural leadership.

• Proactivity, autonomy, and focus on delivery.
