IT Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing IT projects of an implementation nature (core systems, web and mobile applications, system integrations) from the initiation phase to project closure

• Managing projects implemented in the Agile / Scrum / SAFe environment (and hybrid Agile–Waterfall)

• Collaboration with clients from the banking and insurance sectors and other regulated and commercial industries

• Coordination of project teams (IT, business, external vendors)

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, support in creating a backlog and prioritizing tasks

• Shaping and taking care of business processes, maintaining documentation

• Managing the scope, schedule, budget, and project risk

• Conducting project communication with stakeholders on the client and organization side

• Reporting the status of projects and preparing project documentation

• Supporting implementation processes, UAT, and change management

• Ensuring effective cooperation with development teams

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Min. 3–5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a consulting company

• Experience in implementation projects (IT systems, integrations, digital transformations), creating a project from the beginning

• Knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); experience in hybrid models is welcome

• Ability to manage stakeholders and work in a multi-project environment

• Good knowledge of software development processes (SDLC)

• Analytical and communication skills, a focus on problem-solving

• Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors

• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2/C1)

• Higher education in IT or related field

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with clients in the banking and/or insurance sector is welcome, but not necessary

• Agile / Project Management certifications (Scrum Master, PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe)
