IT Project Manager (Govt Sector)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering digital projects,The candidate will play a key role in driving product success, ensuring smooth project execution, and enabling product adoption among end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product success by overseeing delivery from development to user adoption.
• Partner with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers to facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
• Track and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are delivered on schedule.
• Conduct and support end-to-end systems, user acceptance, and security testing prior to release.
• Run user education campaigns to drive awareness and adoption post-release.
• Provide post-release product support and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues and bugs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in government or public sector projects.
• Strong background in delivering digital products end-to-end.
• Track record of delivering effective products within limited resources and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including documentation, technical writing, and minute-taking.
• Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and persistent in driving tasks to closure.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional.
