IT Project Manager

FAN COURIER, leader of the courier market in Romania, is looking for a Project Manager.

Responsabilitati:

·        Responsible for planning, structuring, planning, coordinating, and implementing defined projects, respecting the term, scope, and budget established.

·        Manages stakeholders, offers consultation, and familiarizes them with relevant international standards, company, and industry best practices. Continuously analyzes and evaluates changes in client needs/business requirements and proactively proposes opportunities for process improvement.

·        Manages decision-making processes (e.g., STC, Tollgates, including preparations), ensuring compliance with project management standards and integrating necessary information from those involved.

·        Ensures proper communication and improves reporting of the project/program status, in accordance with internal rules and performance indicators (KPI).

·        Collects project specifications.

·        Leads procurement strategy and implementation for complex and large-scale projects, aligned with Procurement, Legal, and supplier management departments.

·        Contributes to establishing project success evaluation indicators (KPI) and collaborates closely with key stakeholders for monitoring progress and leveraging lessons learned.

·        Leads a team of specialists from different business areas for implementing project activities. Collaborates tactically at the level of sponsors/clients.

Profil dorit:

·        Higher education: IT&C, Cybernetics, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration.

·        Relevant professional experience in Project Management: over 5 years.

·        Extensive experience in project/program management, ideally with multidisciplinary teams.

·        Excellent understanding of processes, concepts, risks, and performance indicators (KPI) related to implementing and maintaining applications.

·        Advanced knowledge and skills regarding different project management methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, etc.).

·        Advanced communication, negotiation, and interaction skills; strong decision-making capacity and promoter of management decisions; good presentation skills.

·        Analytical thinking, adaptability.

·        Excellent knowledge of Change Management and excellent stakeholder management skills.

·        Excellent PC operation skills, MS Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

·        Advanced English language skills – advanced level.

·        Ability to function efficiently when under pressure.
