About the Project

We are looking for an IT Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating projects, tasks, and ongoing activities in the IT area.

You don't have to be a programmer or a technical expert. We are looking for someone who understands IT basics, can effectively cooperate with technical and business people, and can effectively manage projects from scope definition to completion.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating IT projects – from planning, through execution, to completion and implementation.
• Creating and monitoring schedules, deadlines, priorities, and scopes of implemented projects.
• Coordinating the work of the IT team and cooperation with external suppliers and technology partners.
• Coordinating cooperation between IT and other company departments and ensuring efficient information flow.
• Monitoring work progress and regularly verifying that tasks are being carried out according to agreements.
• Identifying delays, problems, dependencies, and risks, and taking actions to resolve them.
• Enforcing the execution of agreed-upon tasks and deadlines, and escalating problems when necessary.
• Organizing and conducting project meetings and controlling the implementation of decisions after meetings.
• Supporting teams in setting priorities and planning subsequent work stages.
• Coordinating the implementation of new systems, tools, integrations, and technological solutions.
• Cooperating with IT suppliers – collecting offers, coordinating service implementation, monitoring deadlines, and settling agreed scopes of work.
• Ensuring proper project documentation, data accuracy, and project status clarity.
• Preparing reports and summaries on project progress, deadlines, risks, and key issues.
• Bringing initiated topics to completion – from identifying the need or problem, through coordinating actions, to the final solution.

Our Requirements

• Fluent or very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel – ability to work with data, reports, and analyze them
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English – mandatory requirement
• Category B driver's license – mandatory requirement
• Experience in managing or coordinating projects, preferably in an IT or technology environment
• Very good work organization and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Ability to plan work, set priorities, and control deadlines
• Self-reliance
• Proactive approach
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to cooperate with both technical and business people
• Stress resistance and ability to act in situations where many urgent matters arise simultaneously
• Nice to have
• Experience in the position of IT Project Manager, Project Coordinator, IT Coordinator, or similar
• Experience in managing projects related to IT system implementation, integrations, or process automation
• Basic knowledge of issues related to software development, IT infrastructure, systems, integrations, and cybersecurity
• Experience in cooperating with programmers, software houses, or external IT suppliers
• Knowledge of project and task management tools
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience in managing projects involving several company departments simultaneously
