IT Project Analyst - Bilingual English/Portuguese

Description IT Project Analyst Reporting to: LATAM IT Manager JOB SUMMARY An IT project analyst plans, manages, and executes information technology projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include creating schedules, monitoring suppliers, analyzing risks, ensuring quality, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders. In addition, the professional must propose technological solutions, promote the use of agile methodologies, and develop documentation related to IT projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget. Manage and track project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues. • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and proactively address any issues that arise. • Supplier Management: Oversee suppliers, ensuring they meet project requirements and deliver on time. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns. • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Conduct quality checks and reviews to identify and address any issues. • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documents. • Technological Solutions: Propose and evaluate technological solutions to meet project needs. Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends in the IT industry. • Agile Methodologies: Promote and support the use of agile methodologies in project management. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: Proven experience as an IT project analyst or project manager. • Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken). • Certifications (Desirable): PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
