IT Product Manager Directory Services & Security Operations (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You will be part of our Identity & Security Department, planning and supporting changes and projects, and assisting with daily operational tasks.
• You will operate and develop key parts of the IT security architecture further and be responsible for the Directory Services infrastructure and related services within our product organization.
• You will coordinate the operational management of relevant service providers and monitor their quality and timely completion of tasks.
• In the area of Identity Governance and Administration, you will significantly contribute to stable operation and support the development of privileged access management.
• You will cooperate with other IT teams and internal departments, bringing together professional requirements and existing IT security regulations.

Qualification

• You have successfully completed your studies or training in computer science or possess equivalent knowledge and work experience in the above-mentioned task area.
• You can draw on expert knowledge in the field of IT security solutions and methods (Microsoft Defender, OpenVAS, CIS-Benchmarks, Zero-Trust-Model).
• You are very familiar with setting up and administering Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• You have experience with Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g. Omada, One Identity, Sailpoint, Microsoft PIM, CyberArk).
• You set great store by new technologies, are eager to learn, and appreciate modern employee management with short decision-making paths.
• You have secure verbal skills in German and good English skills.
