IT Product Manager Cloud Device & Identity Services (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You develop the Cloud-Connected-Client strategy together with our service providers, steer and lead related projects.
• Thanks to your advanced technical expertise in Intune, Entra ID, AD, and Windows 11, you are able to organize your product landscape optimally and meet our requirements for security and compliance.
• You convey technical information clearly and understandably to different target groups, including technical teams, management, and our customers.
• You coordinate various projects and ensure that all milestones are reached on time. In doing so, you use various project management tools within ECE.
• You support the operation of our infrastructure with your professional expertise and bring in your creativity to optimize and further develop processes. One of your focal points is the future consideration of AI-Ops / No-Ops scenarios.
• You monitor market trends and analyze customer requirements to derive innovative product strategies from them.

Qualification

• In addition to a successfully completed degree or training, you have in-depth knowledge of working with Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, as well as identity services like Entra ID and AD.
• You are characterized by excellent oral and written communication skills that enable you to convey technical content effectively.
• You bring several years of experience in product development, project management, and the supervision of external service providers, ideally in a comparable environment.
• You are accustomed to working interdisciplinarily as part of a team and successfully steering projects.
