IT Production Engineer – Job Description

Coordination and Digitalization:
Coordinate and lead production processes digitalization, leveraging deep experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Guide the team on adopting best practices and IT management policies.
Define and implement IT solutions aligned with production needs.
Establish departmental procedures and foster collaboration between departments and suppliers to continuously optimize processes.

Tech Support and Problem Resolution:
Lead fault resolution and problem-solving in servers, workstations, PLCs, and industrial networks.
Promote a proactive culture of problem-solving to improve operational indicators.
Analyze process data structures to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality.

Project Management and System Migration:
Manage IT system migration projects and software industrial, prioritizing demands and allocating resources.
Ensure business continuity during technological transitions.
Monitor the integrity and availability of critical systems, implementing preventive and corrective actions.

Documentation and Support in Acquisitions:
Develop and maintain technical documentation for industrial systems and networks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Support defining technical requirements for new equipment and solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams during acquisition and implementation phases.

Industry 4.0 Initiatives:
Participate in Industry 4.0 projects, including IoT integration, predictive analytics, and process automation.
Enhance production technological capabilities through these initiatives.

Training and Development:
Deliver technical training sessions to operators, technicians, and engineers to promote effective use of systems and tools.

Information Security:
Implement specific information security practices for operational environments and OT (Operational Technology) networks.
Promote cybersecurity awareness among users.

Collaboration and Strategic Alignment:
Work closely with global and regional teams to share knowledge and align strategies.
Contribute to the continuous development of the organization's technological capabilities.
