IT Product Manager with German - Customer Technology B2B

What our cooperation will involve: Project: At dmTECH, the organizational structure is based on division by business areas, referred to as products, rather than by applications or systems. Within individual products, activities related to innovation, improvements, and operational tasks are carried out. The Customer Technology area is responsible for the development and maintenance of digital customer contact points, covering both online channels and dm physical stores. In our daily work, we also support experts from various departments and drugstores in increasing their work efficiency by creating retailtech solutions tailored to customer needs. In 14 European countries, we develop, among other things, the online store, the dm app, checkout systems, and marketing automation solutions. We also create IT systems for dm business partners, enabling data-driven decisions or building an effective customer and product experience within the dm ecosystem. Support us in creating new IT products in the Customer Technology area. Place of cooperation: hybrid (Wrocław) Form of cooperation: B2B Remuneration: 140-170 PLN/h + VAT What our cooperation will involve: Direct cooperation with the business department Expertise in functional, technical, and organizational requirements analysis for technical products in the Customer Technology area Consulting in the product development lifecycle, from business case creation to testing, acceptance, and production support Expert support in internal projects regarding their organization, planning, project communication, and activity control Consulting on managing a product team from a business perspective and assistance in collaborating with IT and business representatives to develop and optimize solutions Agile cooperation with cross-functional teams in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining new integration systems Support for planning solutions and processes for product development Required experience and qualifications: Fluent German (C1), Polish (C1), and English (B2) languages At least 5 years of experience in IT product management (software development) Readiness to shape a clear structure and independently manage topics to continuously improve solutions for dm Experience in conducting workshops to gather business requirements, building a Product Roadmap, and estimating project complexity Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and how to implement a Product Roadmap in an iterative process Ability to cooperate in an international team Very good communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders Readiness to travel for cooperation in various dm group locations Documented experience in managing agile IT projects A passion for technological issues: understanding the creation of applications and websites to analyze technical requirements, develop innovative solutions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders Additional advantages: Higher education in Computer Science or a related field Knowledge of User Experience (UX/UI) design principles Experience and knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams) Experience in building and collaborating in international teams What we offer you: A partnership model of cooperation based on autonomy in task execution, as well as a culture of dialogue within our product teams Flexibility and trust are our foundation: you don't have fixed working hours.
