IT Process Analyst

LHH For a manufacturing company with strong expansion plans in Italy and abroad, we are looking for an IT Process Analyst to strengthen the IT office. Responsibilities Main responsibilities - Analysis and mapping of business processes (production, logistics, quality, procurement, administration). - Identification of inefficiencies and proposals for improvement in the context of digitalization and automation. - Support in defining functional requirements for IT projects (ERP, MES, WMS, BI). - Collaboration with external suppliers and technology partners in managing IT projects. - Testing, validation, and release of IT solutions, with particular attention to their impact on operational processes. - Writing technical and functional documentation. - Training and support for internal users.

Your Profile Technical skills: - Knowledge of ERP systems. - Familiarity with MES/WMS systems. - Data analysis capabilities and basic knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Qlik, etc.). - Good mastery of Excel and process modeling tools (e.g. BPMN, Visio). Transversal skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good relational and communication skills. - Attitude to teamwork and project management. - Orientation towards innovation and continuous improvement.
