IT PROCESS ANALYST Fresenius Kabi is a multinational company active in the pharmaceutical and infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition technology sectors. For the expansion of the global IT Business Partnering function, we are looking for an experienced figure with expertise in regulated contexts (Pharma or other normative sectors) that supports the development and implementation of IT processes and solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT processes and methodologies, as well as experience in process analysis and improvement. He/She will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing IT processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that IT processes are aligned with business objectives and that all necessary documentation is prepared and maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in working in a team environment. He/She will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with ambiguity and change. The successful candidate will also have experience with IT process management tools such as Visio, SharePoint, or similar software. Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is an asset. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
