Job description
Function We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead who goes much further than the classical technical analyst. This is the key person who connects a large, diverse development team (Cobol to Java) with two architects and the broader organization. Not an executor, but someone who sets direction, translates choices, and takes people along with the why. This role forms the extra layer above technical analysis and Scrum: someone who stands technically strong as well as excels communicatively. A natural connector who can bridge the gap between technology and business, and who is not afraid to get his hands dirty in order to achieve the desired results.
