Description
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving, prioritizing and coordinating IT incidents and requests from our users and processing them with the help of ticket system.
- Provide mission critical response to issues through in-depth investigation and problem solving techniques
- Effectively communicate and escalate issues between the business and team members in order to ensure proper handling of issues.
- Issue management, liasing with the required specialists team
- Track issues to resolution, updating helpdesk management system as appropriate.
- Identify reoccurring issues and resolve accordingly
Qualifications
- General good IT Knowledge (Microsoft environment)
- Knowledge of ERP-Systems (MS Dynamcis 365 preferred)
Mandatory requirements
- Several years in similar IT role (IT first level support, application support)
- Administration of Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Windows Server
- Hardware configuration skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
Preferred capabilities
- Work with ERP-Solutions (Master Data Management, Process Design)
- Experience in software development
- Basic networks knolwedge (sw Cisco admin), interfaces configuration (port activation, etc.)
- Knowledge in working with Active Directory database or SharePoint system
