We sell sustainable packaging solutions for the out-of-home market and the food retail industry (LEH) every day with passion. IT Operations Specialist ERP & eCommerce (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Professional IT management is an essential part of functioning operational processes. Become part of the Nette GmbH IT team in Göttingen and ensure a smooth operation of the IT landscape together with your colleagues.

• IT-Support: Ensuring the operational daily business through Helpdesk / IT Support for Hard & Software, as well as for the connected ERP / LVS.
• Reporting: AdHoc-Reporting via Oracle-SQL & ERP-Reporting-Engine
• Schnittstellenmanagement: Close cooperation with Business Operations, as well as technical interface to our IT service providers.
• Anforderungsmanagement: Analysis of requirements and transformation into technical IT concepts
• Optimierung: Analysis and exploitation of existing optimization potential within the existing IT landscape
• Projektunterstützung: Implementation and steering of individual project goals
• Dokumentation: Update existing and record new IT documentation

Qualifikation

• **Ausbildung:**A completed vocational training, a completed degree with a focus on IT or after all, more years of support for ERP/OMS/eCommerce systems form the basis for this position.
• Technisches Know-how: You are familiar with the handling of MS Office and Windows operating systems. Funded knowledge in Oracle SQL, as well as general hardware and software knowledge, rounds out your profile. Experience in the eCommerce environment is very welcome. Interfaces and their definitions are not unknown to you. First contacts with shop systems and their maintenance are advantageous.
• Arbeitsweise: High analytical and conceptual skills, IT affinity and technical understanding, paired with a can-do mentality and solution-oriented thinking, characterize you just as much as a self-employed and structured working style.
• Soft Skills: As a team player, you enjoy dealing with people and convince through developed communicative skills.
