IT Operations Middle/Senior

Our Client is a well-known multinational insurance company in strong growth, for them we are looking for an: IT Operations (Middle/senior) Objective The IT Operations role inserts itself into the context of an Agile and DevOps approach, acting as a guarantor of Production throughout the project lifecycle. It is a key player in collecting and ensuring production requirements: contributes to defining the technical solution, the stability of technical environments (Produzione), and the monitoring of system performance. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations, with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure, and will be familiar with tools such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential. The role will involve: - Monitoring and troubleshooting of IT systems and applications; - Defining and implementing technical solutions to ensure the stability and performance of IT systems; - Collaborating with the development team to ensure the integration of IT systems with business processes; - Providing technical support to the business; - Participating in the development of technical documentation and training materials; - Collaborating with other teams to ensure the alignment of IT systems with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and will have at least 3 years of experience in IT operations. The ability to work in a multicultural environment and to communicate effectively in English is essential.
