IT Operations Manager
We are currently looking for an IT Operations Manager to join our growing team!
The role is on-site from the HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.
Work schedule: M-F 9-6 p.m.
Competences & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and information systems
- 2+ years’ experience in IT or related field
- IT or computer science studies
- Network certification is a plus
- Ability to identify and solve problems, to create and implement sustainability strategies
- Strong cross-department collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement sustainable IT strategies
- Personal Competencies: responsibility and loyalty, determination and adaptability
- Effective communication skills
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee internal and external day-to-day IT operations of the company, providing overall management of technology vendor(s), developing the IT governance model, and a comprehensive on-going IT project management plan.
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Oversee investments in technology hardware, software, and talent in order to meet the goals and objectives of the company. Ensure that all initiatives in the IT portfolio have clear business goals and success metrics.
- Designs the architecture for complex systems with constantly evolving requirements.
- Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
- Ensuring security of all Information Systems within the organization
- Troubleshoot and solve IT issues reported by users within the organization.
- Take lead on creating and mantaining the automated deployment pipelines of mission critical applications.
- Assist developers with the configuration and maintenance of the different cloud environments used for development and production.
