IT Operations Expert -Integration Manager

The Integration Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and evolving system and process integrations across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between Operations and Development, ensuring seamless alignment of business processes, technical integrations, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of integration platforms and middleware
• Manage integration-related incidents, problems, and service requests
• Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and deploy new integrations
• Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions
• Lead testing and validation processes for integration changes
• Act as liaison between Operations, Development, and Business stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of integration processes and governance
• Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions, focusing on scalability and resilience
