- 2nd level support through the company internal ticketing system
- Assure Corporate Standard Systems and applications functionality and predictability
- Responsible for applications uptime and system integrity, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis for applications
- Manages solution implementations for addition, modification, or removal of applications and/or system components
- Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management according to LEONI standard
