Aufgaben

• Your experience in IT administration sets you up to build and further develop central IT monitoring solutions for major corporations.
• In team work, you integrate manufacturer solutions into complex IT landscapes and adapt them to individual customer requirements.
• Afterwards, you ensure the reliable and high-performance operation.
• As a reliable point of contact, you accompany our customers with questions, optimization wishes, and new challenges.
• In addition, you deepen your knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure- and monitoring management and obtain certifications – particularly for IBM technologies.

Qualifikation

• After completing your Bachelor's degree, you have worked as an IT administrator for a few years and bring experience in monitoring and operating IT environments: on-premises, in the cloud or hybrid.
• You enjoy tackling technical challenges and developing suitable solutions.
• You are familiar with Linux, Windows, scripting languages, and concepts like REST or IP.
• Kubernetes/OpenShift is not foreign to you.
• Optional, you bring experiences with monitoring tools or the Netcool Suite from IBM.
• Counseling competence and communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English round out your profile.
