IT Operations Analyst

Working closely with IT project teams and key business stakeholders, you will be instrumental in translating business requirements into actionable projects and modern IT solutions.

Work Environment:
- Daily on-site presence in client's location required, especially during the first three months, to foster collaboration and learning.
- Occasional remote work can be agreed afterwards depending on business needs and current situation.
- Work within standard business hours (7:30 AM - 16:00 PM).
- After Hours Support is required for the role where you will have to perform on-call duty support in rotation with other team members, approximately ~1 week per month.
Job Description
- Play a key role in designing, building, and deploying IT solutions that meet critical business needs.
- Be a trusted partner, providing maintenance and ensuring seamless support for internal and external customers.
- Immerse yourself in business processes to effectively analyze and define technical and informational requirements.
- Contribute to the localization and deployment of global IT systems while also driving the design of customized local solutions.
- Stay aligned with the latest policies, procedures, and standards to deliver quality, compliant, and tailored IT solutions.
- Tackle challenges with a creative mindset and execute projects efficiently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security standards.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, including incident handling and change management.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, network connectivity issues, and factory peripherals (Onsite Support experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of system architectures, business processes, and data flows, with the ability to connect them to IT solutions.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management processes (e.g., ITIL, SLA components, CMDB) and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or JIRA,
- Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and database administration.
- Experience in multinational companies, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry. Exposure to SCADA, ERP, and MES systems or Logistics IT processes is a plus.
- Additional experience in Industry 4.0, IoT, cloud services (e.g., AWS), integration technologies (API, ETL, message servers), or database technologies (MS SQL Server, etc.) is a big advantage.
- Knowledge of GxP processes and FDA requirements (Computerized System Validation) is a plus.
- Microsoft 365 Suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
