Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Economics or an equivalent combination of education and experience in IT operational compliance
4+ years of experience in IT operational compliance, information security, IT audit
Professional certifications in information security or ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001) are considered an advantage
Solid understanding of IT operational compliance frameworks and regulations, including:
o ASF regulatory requirements
o DORA framework
o Audit methodologies
o ISO 27001 / ISO 27701 standards
Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to explain complex compliance requirements to non-technical stakeholders;
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and respond to complex requests;
Willingness to travel, based on business needs (mainly Vienna);
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, maintain, and enforce IT operational compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures
Identify IT-related risks and maintain the risk control matrix up to date
Maintain documentation related to ISO 27001 / ISO 27701 certification
Maintain DORA-related compliance documentation
Maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
Participate in and support IT-related audit engagements
Closely monitor the implementation of IT-related audit actions and recommendations
Deliver high-quality outputs and ensure timely service delivery
Propose measures to mitigate IT operational compliance risks
Prepare and update training materials on IT operational compliance topics
Provide consultancy on IT operational compliance for internal projects
Collaborate with business teams to anticipate, address, and respond to compliance requirements
Ensure sustained alignment of the company’s IT operations with compliance requirements and best practices
