IT Operation Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Participation in the further development of our Warehouse Management System, including planning and execution of software tests
• Implementation and support of IT projects for the logistics department
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials for efficiency improvement
• You will support the IT infrastructure and warehousing teams in logistics
• First-level support for technical questions and problems for internal users

Qualifications

• Professional experience in logistics is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Experience in project implementation and documentation
• High IT affinity and practical experience with IT infrastructure
• Proficient in MS Office applications
