IT Onsite Techniker (m/w/d)

Together with us, you will take on a central role in IT Workplace Lifecycle Services at the Stuttgart-Weilimdorf location. You are responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow of daily business and ensure that our Service Level Agreements are met.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for all IT workstation requests within the scope of IT Workplace Lifecycle
• Solution of hardware incidents and service requests
• IMAC/D Services for mobile devices such as notebooks, smartphones, and accessories
• Installation and configuration of Windows 10/11 endpoints
• Support and guidance for users on hardware and software issues
• Data collection and documentation of all events for maximum transparency
• Prior delivery of clients in the greater Stuttgart area with company vehicle

Qualifikation

• Completed training, e.g. as a system integrator or comparable qualification
• Familiarity with IT (client hardware and software, network cabling)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems up to Windows 10/11
• Very good hardware knowledge (notebooks, PCs, smartphones, and accessories)
• Experience with common applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, SCCM)
• Experience in 1st- or 2nd-level support with ticket system according to ITIL standard
• Pleasant and professional demeanor towards customers
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Class B driver's license required
