Your tasks

To expand the project team at the Mainz location, you will support in all occurring disruptions within the scope of local IT service for various technical focal points in the area of client infrastructure. You are responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day business in compliance with the Service Level Agreements.

Your role with us

• Within the scope of local IT service, you will support all occurring requests and disruptions in the client environment

• Installation/configuration of Windows operating systems

• IMACD services for PCs, notebooks, and IT equipment

• Resolution of incidents and service requests in the client and application environment

• Introduction and support of users in Windows and applications

• On-site user support

• Local Hands & Eyes Services

• Recording and documentation of all processes in the ticketing system

• Inventory of IT equipment

What you bring

• Completed training as a specialist in IT (Fachinformatiker m/f/d) or comparable training or professional experience

• Experience in field support or 1st/2nd level support

• Good knowledge of administration and operation of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office

• Hardware knowledge (PCs, notebooks, smartphones, IT equipment)

• Knowledge in the area of networks (cabling)

• Operation of ticketing systems and ITIL knowledge are an advantage

• Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written

• Driver's license class B required

Your first months at audius

In the first few months, you will get to know the existing systems and processes at the Mainz site and familiarize yourself with your new tasks. You will independently handle the first support requests and support the team with IT projects. After the six-month probation period, you will be firmly anchored in day-to-day business.
