IT Onsite Techniker (m/w/d)

To support the project team at our Mainz location, you will assist in all technical issues that arise within the scope of the local IT service for various technical focal points in the client infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily business while maintaining Service Level Agreements.

Aufgaben

• You will support the local IT service by addressing all incoming requests and issues in the client environment.
• Installation/Configuration of Windows operating systems.
• IMACD services for PCs, notebooks, and IT equipment.
• Solution of incidents and service requests in the client and application environments.
• User introduction and support for Windows and applications.
• On-site user support.
• Local Hands & Eyes Services.
• Documentation of all events in the ticket system.
• Inventorization of IT equipment.

Qualifikation

• Degree in computer science or comparable education/ experience.
• Experience in field support or 1st/2nd level support.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office administration.
• Hardware knowledge (PCs, notebooks, smartphones, IT equipment).
• Knowledge in the area of networking (cabling).
• Ticket system operation and ITIL knowledge are advantageous.
• Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
• A valid driving license class B is required.
