IT Onsite Techniker (m/w/d)

You will take on a responsible onsite function in the IT Workplace Services area at our Leipzig location. As a direct interface to the user, you will ensure stable and functioning IT workspaces independently.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen im Rahmen des IT Workplace Lifecycle
• Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Hardware- und clientnahen Störungen vor Ort
• IMAC/D Services for mobile devices such as Notebooks, Smartphones and accessories
• Installation and configuration of Windows 10/11 devices
• Support and guidance for users on hardware and software issues
• Maintenance and documentation of processes in the ticket system according to ITIL

Qualifikation

• Completed training, e.g. as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of practical experience in onsite support, field service or workplace support
• Fundamental knowledge in the IT area (client hardware and software, network cabling)
• Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common business applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, SCCM)
• Very good hardware knowledge (Notebooks, PCs, Smartphones and accessories)
• Routine in dealing with ticket systems and ITIL processes
• Friendly and professional demeanor towards customers
• Fluent German and good English skills
