IT Onsite Techniker (m/w/d)

You will take on a responsible onsite function in the IT Workplace Services area at the Leipzig location. As you act as a direct interface to the user, you ensure stable and functioning IT workstations independently.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen im Rahmen des IT Workplace Lifecycle
• Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Hardware- und clientnahen Störungen vor Ort
• IMAC/D Services for mobile devices such as notebooks, smartphones and accessories
• Installation and configuration of Windows 10/11 end devices
• Support and guidance for users in hardware and software matters
• Maintenance and documentation of processes in the ticket system according to ITIL

Qualifikation

• Completed training, e.g. as a systems integration technician or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of practical experience in onsite support, field service or workplace support
• Fundamental knowledge in the IT sector (client hardware and software, network cabling)
• Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11 as well as common business applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, SCCM)
• Very good hardware knowledge (notebooks, PCs, smartphones and accessories)
• Routine in dealing with ticket systems and ITIL processes
• Friendly and professional demeanor towards customers
• Fluent German and good English skills
