Tasks

• You take care of the administration of our internal and external Linux systems.
• Bug reports? You receive them, analyze them, and find solutions – in German or English.
• You are the point of contact for our customers in support – friendly, competent, solution-oriented.
• You bring our software to life on cruise ships – remotely or directly on site.
• In close exchange with development, you optimize the operation of our products.
• You keep an eye on monitoring our infrastructure and intervene before it gets critical.
• You actively support incident management.
• Your documentation is as clear as a sunny day at sea – you maintain and develop it further.

Qualification

• Linux is no foreign word for you – whether Debian, Ubuntu, or CentOS, you know your way around.
• Networks are not a mystery to you – you know what IP, routing, and DNS mean.
• You have practical experience with databases and SQL – PostgreSQL is familiar to you.
• You are communication-strong – in German and English, you feel at ease.
• You think outside the box, work well in a team, and take responsibility – even occasionally beyond your own area of responsibility.
